Form A – Application for Development of Site. Three rupee per m2 subject to   minimum of rupees one thousand.
Form B – Application for erection of a building. Rs. 4-00 per m2 having plot are up to 100 sqmt subject to minimum Rs. 500.00
Form E – Additions & Alteration to a building Rs. 8-00 per m2 having plot area more than 100sqmt subject to minimum Rs. 1000-00.
Rs. 20-00 per m2 subject to minimum scrutiny fee of Rs. 2500-00 for commercial.
Rs. 30-00 per m2 for commercial  where 100% construction is permissible subject to minimum scrutiny fee of Rs. 3000-00.
 Land Use Rs. 1.00 per sqmt. subject to minimum RS. 500.00

Form 7 & 8 Completion Report
1 Rs. 250/- per application for plots area up to 55 Sq. mt.
2 Rs. 1000/- per application for plot area above 55 Sq. mt.

 

Charges for change of user Rs. 150/- per sqmt of total built up area

 

Amalgamation Charges
For residential plots having plot area up to 200 sqmt Rs. 15/- per sqmt.
For residential plots having plot area above 200 sqmt Rs. 30/- per sqmt.
For shopping/ commercial/ industrial plots Rs. 75/- per sqmt.

COMPOSITION CHARGES W.E.F. 01-04-2013

1 Building constructed 10% of 6,000/- per sqmt of total built up area
2 Building constructed (Row type) 10% of 5,000/- per sqmt
3 Building constructed up to Slab level (Slab casted) 10% of 50% of total cost of (1) & (2) as applicable.
4 Building constructed Up to lintel level 10% of 35% of total cost of (1) and or (2)
5 Building constructed Up to plinth level 10% of 35% of total cost of (1) and or (2)
6 Building constructed Up to foundation level 10% of 35% of total cost of (1) and or (2)
7 Porch Rs. 75/- per sqft
8 Loft Rs. 25/- per sqft
9 Balcony having width up to 1mt Rs. 100/- per sqft
10 Balcony having width more than 1mt. Rs. 150/- per sqft
11 Staircase Rs. 2500/- per no.
12 Internal changes having plot area up to 100 sqmt. Rs. 1000/-
13 Internal changes having plot Area more than 100 sqmt & up to 250 sqmt. Rs. 2500/-
14 Internal changes having plot area more than 250 sqmt. Rs. 5000/-
